10 drops of lavender

Fresh Rosemary

Amythest crystal (or clear quartz will also work)

Two limes

  • 7 thin slices for the tub  

  • Fully juiced and added to bath water

How to …

Bring a pot of water to a boil, drop in your springs of rosemary and cover for 15 minutes.

Draw your bath, try to keep the water cool.

Strain the rosemary from the water, add lime juice

Pour rosemary / lime mix into the tub

Top it off with your lime slices and a small Amethyst stone

Soak for 15 minutes*
