Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means wheel. There are 7 Chakra in the body, each representing different aspect of our spiritual, emotional and mental health. When our Chakra points are imbalanced or blocked we experience illness, instability and other negative side effects. The practice of yoga helps keep Chakra energy flowing freely. During this workshop we will cultivate balance through chakra focused yoga and meditation sequences. 

This is a perfect class for those who are just beginning their yoga practice and those who want to learn a more about the dynamics of the Chakra centers.
